Alfonso Melero Candón, a Cádiz native who emigrated to Navarra to work on the Yesa reservoir, was beaten to death by the Civil Guard, who mistook him for another man. Nearly 100 years later, his great-granddaughter Edurne retraces that same path with a camera, gathering the family in Tafalla, visiting the Caparroso cemetery, searching for the farmhouse where they lived, and finally arriving in Gallipienzo. The documentary is an act of family restoration: giving voice to the dead, unearthing hidden history, and physically walking the path that Ángela walked alone.
